SHIPPING METHODS
Depending on how you order, you have the following shipping options available.
The shipping options are as follows:
- All shipments within Greece are made through the trucks of our partner company Logistics ORFEE BEINOGLOU or its partners, regardless of weight and volume. The transfer can also be done by courier for shipments of small volume and weight.
- Free transfer and delivery for orders over 300 Euros without VAT
- For orders under 300 Euros without VAT the buyer is charged with shipping costs, which are calculated based on the following table, depending on the amount of the order, the total weight, the method and the place of shipment:

- Pick-up by the customer with his own means of transport or his own courier-carrier from the warehouse of VEINOGLOU on a ramp that will be indicated to him and if a consultation has been made first with the order department of DIVITEC to give him the order number and Delivery Note charge of the customer regardless of the amount of order value.

- For shipments outside Greece, delivery is made to the carrier of the customer's choice from the ramp of the warehouse of VEINOGLOU and the shipment is made at the customer's expense.
- Pay on delivery is charged at 2.50 euros per order regardless of the value of the order.
The orders will be delivered to the address you have given as a place of shipment the next working day within Attica or Thessaloniki and in 2-3 days for the rest of Greece if there is availability of products. If the product is out of stock you will be informed by our ordering department about the date of receipt.
